Good point, looks like I do. I use KDE and don't have many GTK+ applications installed, but this is the output just launching and closing FileZilla:

$ LANG=C filezilla
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module": libcanberra-gtk-module.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
