Package: debian-goodies
Severity: wishlist
File: /usr/sbin/checkrestart

It would be great to be able to ignore processes with open files from
old versions of particular packages. For example if I upgrade libc6 but
the update was not a security issue or only had an effect on one
platform, then I don't need to immediately restart apps using files from
the old libc6. A command-line option for this would be sufficient:

checkrestart -v -i libc6,bash -i libexplain30
