hi al,

thanks for pointing this out.  the next upgrade of nagios will start
to install the Knn init scripts as K18, which should stop nagios before
all the mysql/postgres servers are stopped.

unfortunately, this does mean that current installations will not
automatically be updated to do this, as update-rc.d does nothing
if the symlinks for the package already exist.  i suppose we could
do something about this with some postinst/debconf voodoo, but i feel
that's perhaps a bit overkill.
