That was quick!I would be happy to help verify licenses. And other changes too, if you permit me, like improving ability to verify and track upstream profiles, dropping old long time deprecated profiles, and perhaps write a README.Debian on which profiles to choose for what purpose (with references to experts on the subject).
Personally I would prefer to add myself as uploader of the package and start hacking on it directly. I can also stay at a distance and only file bugreports against it - but that feels slightly awkward to me and would thus discourage me from putting much effort into it.
