I don't think forcing the tpu upload in should be necessary.  However,
the fact that dak allowed swfdec-gnome_0.8.8-7_all.deb into the archive
in the first place shouldn't have happened, IMO (there's a greater
version in stable, if nothing else).  Can we retarget this bug for that
issue, or is there already one?
