Package: parrot-devel
Version: 2.9.1-1
Severity: normal

Hi,
Can you please properly set the mandir variable (that should point to
/usr/share/man instead of /usr/man as per Debian Policy section 9.1.1) in
the parrot_config executable?

Just run the Configure.pl script with the --mandir=/usr/share/man option
during build:

   perl Configure.pl --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man --disable-rpath

This would make simpler the packaging of software that uses the
parrot_config executable to get configuration values.

Thank you
