I have configured similar traffic shaping in the following environments: a) Lenny 2.6.26-2-vserver-amd64 -- works as expected b) Lenny 2.6.26-2-686 -- works as expected c) Squeeze 2.6.32-5-686 -- works as expected d) Squeeze 2.6.32-5-amd64 - fails as described in this bug
