Hi,
line 336 in the extlinux-update script reads
_DEVICENAME="$(echo _DEVICE | [...]
whereas it definitely has to read
_DEVICENAME="$(echo ${_DEVICE} | [...]
This makes the entries in /boot/extlinux/os-prober.cfg show lines like this
