I agree with you.

Question 1:
I have this situation now.
                versions
old 1.1.101
stable 1.2.9
testing 1.2.15
unstable 1.2.16 (Not meant for squeeze)
exp 1.2.19

What version number should I use?
1.2.20 targetted to unstable with minimal diff with 1.2.15
1.2.16+squeeze targetted to unstable with minimal diff with 1.2.15

I can update to 1.2.21 for experimental.

Question 2:
What should be the diff?
demote texlive-lang-all and latex-cjk-all to Suggests
remove non-existing hlatex litex from control

If I do what you suggest, can this be accepted for unblock at this stage?
If I do the second one, can this be accepted for unblock at this stage?

If so, I will fix this this week end.
