Bug#609799: Please rebuild for Python 2.6 "provides

I have a package, which depends on python >= 2.5 and python-gnupginterface 
and I'm using python-support.

The current python-gnupginterface provides python2.4-gnupginterface and
python2.5-gnupginterface. A rebuild drops 2.4 support and adds 2.6 
support.
