Thanks for you bug report.

* Jari Aalto <jari.aa...@cante.net>, 2010-11-05, 09:40:
   DESCRIPTION
           GNU Ocrad - Optical Character Recognition program. Reads pnm
file(s),
           or standard input, and sends text to standard output.

   OPTIONS

           -o <file>
                  place the output into <file>

           -x <file>
                  export OCR Results File to <file>

Please clarify options -o and -x:

        - What is the exact "output" mentioned in -o?

ocrad outputs (plain) text, as per its DESCRIPTION.

        - What does "OCR results" mean in -x? Is this the
          resulted "text" from the OCR recognition mentioned in
          DESCRIPTION?

No. See README for specification of the "OCR Results File" format.

        - Are options -o and -x equivalent?

No.
