Indeed we could install an example apache.conf, although it would be dead
simple. I'll do that in the next package release.

As for post-install, I've deliberately not done anything on that front
yet. I'm still unclear what the Right Way to do that is. I don't want to
duplicate a lot of code into this package but on the other hand the
alternative, wwwconfig-common seems to be somehow deprecated. As
configuration for Apache is as much as adding a symlink I'm not really
inclined to go with either of those.

Some included scripts, located in the various 'bin/' directories, require
it. But since these are indeed not essential to the core functionality and
provide only peripheral / optional features, I'll downgrade php5-cli to a
Recommends from the next release.
