Package: open-vm-tools Version: 1:8.4.2-261024-1 Severity: normal Hi,
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a missing feature. Please adjust severity accordingly. Recently I moved/converted a virtual machine from an VMWare 2.0.2 server to an vCenter Server 4.1. On the old server I could use the following command to shrink the discs in case there was to much white space in them: "vmware-toolbox-cmd disk shrink /". On the new server the command can be called too and runs fine, but the disc size does not get reduced.
