I had problem when upgrading python

Then LOTS of packages fails to upgrade (gnome, openoffice, python-*)
Removing offending symlink (and .pyc file) for this and few other broken
symlinks in the same directory,
and reruning dpkg --configure -a solved problem.
# dpkg --configure -a
Konfigurowanie python (2.6.6-3+squeeze4) ...

It is probably problem in bzrlib but upgrade should gracefully support broken
symlinks to .py files,
and in such situation probably removing .pyc file would be also appropriate.
