Instead of adding new command line options like your proposal (llgal already has too much different command line options), I think that we might just add an optional parameter to the existing --cc option to change the priority of JFIF/EXIF/whatever comments: * --cc without parameter would generate captions with the default strategy. I'm ok with "JFIF comments if it exists, EXIF else". * --cc=exif would generate captions with EXIF comments. * --cc=exif,jfif would generate captions with EXIF comment if it exists, JFIF else. * and so on...
