Versions that Squeeze will ship: KDE SC 4.4.5 with kdepim 4.4.7 Qt 4.6.3 Stuff we have to write about from the top of my head: - KDE 3 is dead, but kdelibs and some KDE 3 apps are still in the archive. - Also Qt 3 is around and some apps using it. - kdelibs from KDE 3 and Qt 3 won't be in the next Debian release. - changes in the metapackages, plasma-desktop vs plasma-netbook - kaboom, migrating your settings from KDE 3 to KDE 4: http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/kaboom.html Let's wait a couple of days in case something important is missing and I will write the final text.
