Ok I finally found the origin of this issue. I fact this is not a bug from 'redmine' package but from 'dbconfig-common' package. And it is already reported here. [1] So I think that my bug can be reasign or merge to the bug #578960 .
Solution for people have the same issue : In fact this issue come from 'dbconfig-common' which it does not properly purge his configuration files..(found more details here [1] ) I solve this issue like this : 1) remove and purge all package depend on dbconfig-common (like redmine for example) 2) remove and purge dbconfig-common 3) reinstall redmine And it works fine!
