Hello,

libimobiledevice1 does not work with iOS 4.2.1 (e.g. iphone).
The error from "ideviceinfo -d" is:
...
22:08:23 idevice.c:466 internal_ssl_read(): pre-read client wants 2 bytes
22:08:23 idevice.c:476 internal_ssl_read(): post-read we got 2 bytes
22:08:23 idevice.c:579 idevice_connection_enable_ssl(): GnuTLS handshake done...
22:08:23 idevice.c:584 idevice_connection_enable_ssl(): GnuTLS reported
something wrong.
GNUTLS ERROR: A TLS fatal alert has been received.
22:08:23 idevice.c:586 idevice_connection_enable_ssl(): oh.. errno says No such
file or directory
22:08:23 lockdown.c:712 lockdownd_client_new_with_handshake(): Session opening
failed.
...

I found the bugreport upstream:
http://libiphone.lighthouseapp.com/projects/27916/tickets/181-cant-mount-iphone-in-ios-421

It confirms the problem and it should be fixed upstream by 1.0.4.

Thanks for your work.

Regards
