Please calm down, read "Reporting bugs" in the manual, and follow the advice there. There is almost zero technical content in your bug report. If you really want help, you'll need to help us by including some substance. chroot_local-includes does work, so at the very least the bug needs to be retitled, and without evidence backing up your claim this bug will simply be closed. If you have constructive criticism about the manual that can actually be acted on (i.e. that isn't just a rant) you should file a separate bug on live-manual.
