For all those reasons, this is wontfix.
(At least for me, maybe the completely inactive maintainer of libtextcat (I 
once synced
the package from  the distribution which should not be named) will do anything, 
but I don't
see how he could do anything here, except OOo/LibO using their own copies 
again. Which 
 a) is bad
 b) is too late to change -> deep freeze
