Sorry, I have mistake. I made some test. Problem is not with perl source. Problem is with some of files in utf8 codepage. I can't at this moment say, what is difference between this files. I attach two very simple scripts. They contain utf-8, but first of them(clear_analog.sh) I can view in redmine, second(test_color.sh) - can't. What different, I can't understand. If need, I can make test project on my system and give access to tests with this files.
