First please be aware that 1.2.2-0+SVN3 is not an official package, so please always report the sources.list line of your unofficial repository. (And obviously, if it's not the maintainer's unofficial package, the maintainer can't provide support.) If you mean scim-chinese 0.4.2-2 doesn't work with scim 1.4.1-1, this is intentional, and I am working on it.
