I need a bit more information to try to fix this issue. Can you reliably replicate it? Does it happen by simply trying to run transmission or do you have to do something to trigger it? Do you see similar problems with other GTK applications? Do you have anything in the ~/.gtkrc or ~/.gtkrc-2.0 files?
