pam_lastlog.so ignores the arguments like 'silent', 'nohost' or 'nowtmp'.
Reproduce: in /etc/pam.d/login line 59 add 'silent' at the end. When
logging in via ssh there shouln't be a message telling you where you
logged in from last time.
