I am willing to help support the stable version with these changes, and I will help out where I can with whatever goes into unstable/testing in the future. I can't speak to retaining a long-term interest, but I do want a secure version of ghostscript on my systems, so I will want to work on security support for the foreseeable future. Please clearly explain what you want me to do. If you don't want me to push my changes to your git repo, and you won't sponsor an nmu, and you won't patch it on your own, then what can be done to fix the problem?
