These versions are not supposed to be mixed. 4.0 will not be part of
the next release anyway. pleae upgrade to 4.1 or 5.0
Maybe there is a dependency problem somewhere? Apt automatically
upgraded my mysql-common to 5.0 and left my mysql-server at 4.0.
