Bug#602848: Cookies are not deleted on exit, when 'Delete cookies' is selected

Followed procedure and confirmed bug on version 3.5.15. Clearing the cookies
via the "Clear Recent History" menu item or choosing to clear the cookies in
the "Clear history when Iceweasel closes" option still work though.
