I can offer myself with a demo environment whenever you need it, although I must say It's really pretty straight forward to reproduce, I came across the same issue in two different times and completely different environments. Just for the sake of any random sailor to arrive at this lands, It would be much helpful if you don't mind dropping the steps/links required for you to debug.
