I don't know where apt leaves the information if a package has been
installed automatically or not.  As first guess I inspected
/var/lib/apt/extended_states and found in there two entries:

Package: libdatrie0
Auto-Installed: 1

Package: libxcb-xlib0
Auto-Installed: 1

Maybe this is the completely wrong file to look at, please enlighten
me.
