Done, as no need to edit the installer again; I used the mv command to move the db and tmp right after the installer run (as I did already anyway with lib and bin directories :). And then I used sed to change the default paths in rkhunter.conf (+ added a note for the users of the old versions). I don't know if it is "clean", what do you think?
