When you use the "Create new virtual machine" wizard, the back step is broken
in the following circumstance.

Click "Create new virtual machine"
(Step 1 of 5)
Enter the name
Select "Import existing disk image"
Click Forward
(Step 2 of 5)
Click "Browse" (a window pops up)
Select an "LVM Volume Group" then select an existing LVM volume (one
thats free and available)
Select "Choose Volume" (the window closes)
Select the "OS type" and "Version"
Click Forward
(Step 3 of 5)
Select the "Memory (RAM)" and "CPUs" as needed
Click Forward
*** Where is step 4?? ***
(Step 5 of 5)
Various final options are shown
Click "Back"
*** This is the bug ***
(Step 4 of 5)
Create the disk image?

So you can see that step 4 is skipped, but is not skipped when you click "back"
