I disagree with your sentiment that this is a wishlist bug (I still think it's 
serious), but have refrained from reassigning this bug to the tech-ctte so 
far. (Playing BTS ping-pong is no option neither.)

Now I've seen you fixed the bug in sid (thanks!!), but as it's unclear if the 
new upstream version will be accepted, I thought I remind you. Thanks again + 
already!

P.S.: you've said in 602738#10 that policy doesnt specify that a package 
cannot seriously loop (eating all cpu, mind you) - that is right, but 
irrelevant ;-) A package must also not be too buggy to be released, endlessly 
looping qualifies as "too buggy" :-p

Also please note that this needs to be fixed _not_ because of piuparts, but 
because of automated installations. piuparts is just a tool to detect such 
problems, _before_ they bite _humans_ using your work.
