Package: hotplug Version: 0.0.20040329-25 Severity: normal When plugging in my plextor usb writer, hotplug loads the ub driver, thus stopping the writer to show up under /proc/scsi/scsi.
Removing usb_storage and ub, and reloading usb_storage with sg and
sr_mod enables the writer.
