Sorry for leaving this around for longer, but I first wanted to look whether sk
progressed in help, which it didn't:

Locale:sk ui:90% help:59%

Unfortunately, the change is too intrusive for getting it to squeeze still I
fear,
as just adding the link to -help-cs would confuse people (why do I have to
install -help-cs
when I want sk help)? So the solution I am going to do is to

 - create a (almost) empty -help-sk
 - make that one depend on -help-cs
 - create the symlink there.

-> involves a new package, and that's too late in the squeeze cycle I fear :-(

Grüße/Regards,

René
