Then you didn't downgrade properly as you missed ure ;-)

versioned depends can't work if a leftover *new* ure is the problem.
except depends ure (<< 1.7) at openoffice.org, which, umm, is bad.

Well, as long as a *upgrade* works.. Downgrades are not supported :)
(But partial upgrades are, but then again ure is not really the subject which
is partially upgraded in the normal case) 

But yes, there's a bug here, either because LibO broke compatibility or
as there's a Conficts/Breaks missing.
