I have review all files under pic and pic16 directories in sdcc 2.9.0 package 
in testing/unstable.
 $ grep -nRH "authentic Microchip devices" * tells me nothing

I do not really see anything wrong in the licensing of this package. Could you 
please point out which files are affected?
