Okay, so it's not being maintained upstream. This means that I'm
probably not going to add any feature patches to Debian, since I don't
want to become the defacto upstream maintainer.

If someone takes it over on CPAN then it may be a different matter.
Since it's mainly feature enhancements rather than bugfixes it's
probably not necessary to remove the module from Debian altogether,
although that's a risk if bugs to become apparent later.
