Package: libsys-syslog-perl Version: 0.27-1 Severity: serious There's no use in shipping this duplicate copy of Sys::Syslog in squeeze as there's the same version in perl core.
I don't see any versioned dependencies in the archive. So I think this package could be removed from testing with no ill effects. There's debian/patches/fix-man-page-line-too-long.patch that's not in the core version, but I don't think that's a big loss.
