Hmm, could you try the following?
1. Press the wrench ("tools") button to the right of the address bar
to get a menu.
2. Preferences.
3. Under the Hood (the rightmost tab).
4. Change font and language settings (a button in the Web Content
section).
5. Languages (the right-hand tab).
Is Polish at the top of the list of languages?
