Because you don't look in the right place (http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-ocaml-maint/trunk/packages/mldonkey/?op=rss&rev=0&isdir=1) I have been working on it since July. Anyway, i don't have made any upload since a long time, and i understand that user are waiting for it ;-(.
