I introduced the Conflicts so it would only install if perl-modules was updated, so I purposefully designed it that it would be uninstallable ATM. I'll upload a new version under `libiunicode-collate-perl' and ask the FTP Masters to remove `libiunicode-collate-xs-perl'. Thanks for the information and pointing me in the right direction.
