I did the following:

ypig:~> bti --host identica
Enter account for identi.ca: vinc17
Enter password for identi.ca: 
tweet: test

For the password, I typed an incorrect password. I expected to get
an error about the tweet, but bti terminated with no error messages
and with an exit status of 0.
