first of all this is not really a ROM since apt-rpm is orphaned (bug
#543413). I'm just opening this topic because I was overviewing list of
bugs I've reported and there is a RC bug for apt-rpm on the list.
I simply don't see reason to have this in archive:
1. It is not installable by now (and nobody has reported this as a bug
for more than a year).
2. It fails to build from source (bug #533164).
3. It has no maintainer (bug #543413).
