Hi Thomas, Just to be clear, I believe the original bug report demonstrated a bug in the way memory exhaustion was handled - i.e. segfaulting rather than exiting gracefully. I don't know whether this bug has been fixed. I only wanted to record the fact that because of Derek's and Paolo's improvements to the garbage collection algorithm, the original example no longer demonstrates that bug. The bug perhaps remains, but it may be harder now to find an example that demonstrates it.
