Forwarded bug from 2008-03-07:

    https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/speedometer/+bug/199547

[Adam Porter] Speedometer leaks memory constantly. Just run it like
"speedometer -rx wlan0 -tx wlan0" and run top and watch its RES usage
constantly increase by 20-50 kB/sec. This continues forever; the first
time I noticed was after speedometer had sucked up a couple hundred
MEGS of memory.a

[Stephen] I can confirm this bug. The v2.6 (latest version)
speedometer code from http://excess.org/speedometer/ also has this bug
too.
