cont...@bugs.debian.org does no understand e-mails with format=flowed (RFC 2646 [1]) content. Messages composed with Icedove/Thunderbird have format=flowed content and this can be changed only in about:config page (mailnews.send_plaintext_flowed item).
This makes impossible to retitle bug with default icedove configuration because cont...@bugs.debian.org does not understand soft line breaks (SPACE CRLF) in format=flowed messages and treats them as normal line breaks. So it is not possible to retitle bug to cca 50 or more character long title.
