Package: libtalloc-dev
Version: 2.0.1-1
Severity: minor

Several entry points like talloc_append_string are only enabled by
defining TALLOC_DEPRECATED. This should be documented in the man page.
Or perhaps the man page should follow upstream in just not documenting them.
I'm looking at the doxygen generated page at

         http://talloc.samba.org/talloc/doc/html/group__talloc__string.html
