I'd love for my laptop to suspend when I close the lid IFF the power adapter is not plugged in--for example, I'd like to close the lid when connected to a docking station or just an external monitor/keyboard/ mouse (or while playing movies). Perhaps if I could set the Button Event of "Lid close Button" to "suspend to RAM" if in "Powersave" mode but to "nothing" when in "Performance" mode? -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages kpowersave depends on: ii hal 0.5.14-3 Hardware Abstraction Layer ii kdelibs4c2a 4:3.5.10.dfsg.1-5 core libraries and binaries for al ii libc6 2.11.2-6 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libdbus-1-3 1.2.24-3 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libdbus-qt-1-1c2 0.62.git.20060814-2 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libgcc1 1:4.4.5-4 GCC support library ii libhal1 0.5.14-3 Hardware Abstraction Layer - share ii libstdc++6 4.4.5-4 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libxext6 2:1.1.2-1 X11 miscellaneous extension librar ii libxss1 1:1.2.0-2 X11 Screen Saver extension library ii libxtst6 2:1.1.0-3 X11 Testing -- Record extension li kpowersave recommends no packages. kpowersave suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
