Dear Patrick, thanks for pinging. Well the fact is I tried to package the soft in the past and the Python libraries that were used by upstream were too much ahead of the ones available in Debian ... in particular the wx stuff.
I just tried running the program and failed, but I found out that upstream ships shared object built on MacOSX... so I figured how to build these shared objects. I finally could execute the program, albeit with no extensive testing for the moment. I'll look into that soon (I am finishing a book on mass spectrometry due to the end of october).
