Bug#599423: phpbb3 post-install dpkg-reconfigure mysql default username sent as htcheck instead of root

Hi David, I've just tried to install phpbb 3.0.7-PL1-3. The problem is resolved there but however this package is available just in Debian Testing/Unstable. However I don't have the time to test this version. Anyways during the installation with 3.07-PL1-3 I got this error. I’ve faced a dpkg-reconfigure phpbb deb package configuration issue: I was prompted to pass in the credentials for my MySQL password right after I’ve selected the MySQL as my preferred database back engine. Sounds like a dbconfig-common issue: could you please check Marc Dequènes' workaround in #595536, and #576533 if the proposed patch solves the issue (note that it doesn't solve anything in Marc Dequènes' case).
